Founded as Keystone Pipe & Supply in Butler, PA.​
1967
Merged with Tubular Service Corporation of Springdale, PA, expanding operations to multiple cities including Atlanta, Kansas City, and Chicago. The company was renamed Keystone Tubular Service Corporation.​

Established a sales office in Monterrey, Mexico, in November. Acquired Specialty Steels (Pechiney Co.), adding locations in St. Laurent, Mississauga, Dartmouth, Coquitlam, and Edmonton to Marmon/Keystone Canada.​

Held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new metals service center in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, in June. The 40,000-square-foot facility officially opened on November 1, enhancing capacity and efficiency.
2016
Launched a new mobile-friendly website on February 29, providing customers with enhanced resources and an interactive map of North American locations.
2021
Lakeland Manufacturing was acquired in 2021 by the Marmon Group of Companies. This acquisition provided Lakeland Manufacturing with access to capital and a nationwide distribution network through Marmon/Keystone, LLC.
2022
Reeds Precision Machine (RPM) was acquired in 2022 by the Marmon Group of Companies. This acquisition allowed RPM, a provider of CNC machining services, to become part of the Marmon Metal Services Group, a division within Marmon Holdings.
2023
Marmon Metal Services was created to to align Marmon/Keystone U.S., Marmon/Keystone Canada, Marmon/Keystone Mexico, RPM, Lakeland Mfg, Future Metals, Aero-Hose and Orkal Aerospace into one group.
