About the Role:
Are you ready to lead a sales transformation that strengthens customer partnerships, drives accountability, and delivers profitable growth? We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead a high-impact sales transformation focused on profitable growth, customer relationships, stronger execution, and team performance. Reporting to the Company President, this executive will help shape and execute the company’s growth strategy while building a disciplined, accountable, and customer-focused sales organization. As a member of the executive leadership team, this leader will partner across the business to align sales priorities with operational execution, financial performance, and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will be based in the greater Atlanta area, with the ability to work onsite at our Norcross, GA location.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Lead and develop the sales organization to drive revenue growth, expand margins, and consistently achieve business objectives.
Partner with executive leadership to execute strategies that accelerate profitable growth and strengthen market position.
Build a performance-driven sales culture supported by clear expectations, consistent execution, accountability, and a repeatable sales process.
Strengthen alignment between sales and operations to improve execution, meet customer expectations, and support long-term satisfaction.
Deepen key account relationships, protect existing revenue, and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.
Improve forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and measurable results.
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of sales management experience within manufacturing, distribution, or aerospace, including experience leading multi-country sales teams.
Proven experience owning P&L performance and leading sales organizations through growth and transformation strategies that increase revenue, expand margins, and strengthen market position.
Demonstrated ability to build sales processes, improve forecasting and planning, drive accountability, and deliver measurable business results.
Experience collaborating with operations, engineering, and functional teams to align priorities and improve business performance.
Executive-level communication skills with strong business acumen, including the ability to influence leaders and translate sales and market insights into clear direction.
Collaborative, solution-oriented leadership style with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate teams through change.
Ability to travel up to 50% across North America, with international travel as needed.
